Vision & Objectives

River Life Church is a church with a difference. Our desire is to become a model revival church, where people from all over the world can come and be touched by God. After they have been touched, and changed, launching them out into the harvest field with the anointing of God. We are reaching, equipping, and sending our laborers.

Our objective is to have a church that is multi-racial, with a cross section of society from rich to poor - from all nations, raising in the world. Raising people up to a place of maturity in their walk with Christ.

At River Life Church, you will see these three following in every service: Dynamic praise and worship, Anointed preaching and teaching, along with Powerful demonstrations of the Holy Spirit.

The lost, the backslidden and the unsure will be reached and brought unto salvation through Christ Jesus.

We are a local church, a community of believers that are discovering abundant life in Christ Jesus, who will make an eternal impact.

River Life Church is takes the message of the Gospel beyond the four walls of the church. Through outreaches, crusades, and other forms of evangelism, we are carrying the good news. In a world full of bad news, we carry the GOOD NEWS of the GOSPEL. Our vision is to see the anointing flow into the streets, into every home, and every influence for Lexington, Kentucky.

Our Pastors

Jerry and Starr Webb have been serving in full-time ministry, and preaching the gospel everywhere the Lord leads since May of 2017. Currently, both are Lead Pastors at River Life Church, located Lexington, KY. With 5 Life Groups stretching across the city.

On November 10th of 2017, Jerry and Starr were married in Bernheim Forrest. Right after their wedding, they were in a Prophetic Conference for their Honey Moon. In a Prophetic Call out room, a Prophet named Bishop Robert Hooks released a Word confirming what both heard in their heart. The word confirmed the call to be senior pastors, and that God would do this quickly. By 2020 in the midst of a full blown pandemic, Jerry & Starr planted their very first church with the Church of God of Prophecy from 2020-2022.

Over the past few years, Pastors Jerry and Starr, by the grace of God, have ministered in four different countries, and all across the United States. From 2019 to the current date, they've seen 3000+ Souls saved for the Kingdom of God.

Jerry and Starr believe firmly that salvation comes from Jesus Christ and He alone, that every believer needs to be filled with the Holy Spirit. That Healing is the Children's bread, and that God wants to prosper his people. Their hearts are focused to win the lost and to impact every generation, along with making disciples of Christ.

Jerry and Starr Webb are both Ordained under the covering of RMIMA (Revival Ministries International Ministerial Association) lead by Drs. Rodney & Adonica Howard-Browne.

Also, both are ordained under the covering of Christian International (CIAN) lead by Bishop Bill Hamon.
